Poor Workmaship

My vehicle, registration PKAY GP was taken in for repairs in Aug 2012 at Auto Magic Centurion; as a result of a car driving into my car. On picking up the vehicle, i noticed rattling and squecking noises from the back door, the main point of contact from the accident. I took the car back to Automagic who assured me the problem was fixed. The problem never stopped instead it has gotten worse. I then took the vehicle back to Automagic on March 14th and left it there for the day. When I picked up the car it was still in the same condition. I strongly believe they dont even touch the vehicle and are taking advantage of me being a woman.
