Repairs on Bumpe

My car was in an accident in 2011 November, then my car went in for repairs at Automagic I got my car back in January 2012. Only to see it was still not right. So I've put in a complaint with my insurance. My car went back to Automagic again for about a week to fix the repairs done. Now after a year my car's bumper are coming loose again, at the exact same place where it was fixed twice before. It's not acceptable as they were paid by the insurance and our access. I did logged a complaint again with the insurance today.
