On the 7th October, i took my car in for repairs at Automagic in Gezina. I received an SMS from them estimating that the car will be fixed by the 28th and is there are any delays, they will let me know. On the 10th, I received another SMS letting me know that ALL quoted parts have arrived and they have taken the car in for Panelbeating. On the 14 October, i received an SMS that they will be done with panel beating the following day. The last SMS i received was on the 21st advising that the car is in paint prepations and there were no further communication afterwards. I phoned on the 28th asking if i can come and collect the car since that was the estimated date for completing repairs and Trevor told me "There is no way the car will be ready by today". No explanation as to why there was a delay and why i wasnt informed of the delay. I have a child that i need to drop off at creche everyday and i had made arragements for alternative car until th 28th but he couldnt care less and told me they cant help me even with a courtesy car even though it is their fault that i do not have the car and the delay was not communicated. I am very dissapointed in Automagic and the service i receiced.
