I bumped my cars front bumper (Minor damage) and I then contacted Virgin Insurance and made a claim.
After the approval process I was told to take it to AutoMagic in Florida 21/01/2013. After waiting for over a week without any feedback on my car, I contacted AutoMagic on 29/01/2013. I was then informed that my car is ready for collection. When I get to AutoMagic, they inform me that my car was not ready and they made a mistake. I asked to see my car, only to see that no repair work had been carried out on my car in over a week of having it. And I was then informed that there were extra damages (Which nobody cared to inform me about). So they were waiting on Virgin Insurance to approve the extra repairs.
After contacting virgin insurance call center and being sent from pillar to post before someone could help, they then inform me that they werent told about any extras.

Moral of the story is, If I didnt contact Virgin and the panelbeaters, my car would just continue to sit there without any repairs being done to it. And because of Virgins incorrect assessment of the damages, Im going to have to wait for up to a month just for a minor bump on my bumper. Thanks for nothing Virgin.
