Lack of progress on vehicle repair claim

At wits end - please help! Summary of drama: 08/04 - vehicle repair claim logged; 10/04 car taken 4 assessment; 16/04 no feedback from A&G so we called and were told that assessment info LOST - promised fast-tracking; 19/04 re-assessment finally happens (after another call from us) & that we'd be contacted to take car to repairer viz. Automagic; 26/04 no feedback from A&G so after another call from us told that NOTHING logged but told they'd sort it out - another promise; 02/05 still no word from A&G so call repairer & they have no paperwork! 03/05 A&G call US to say not authorised yet but working on it; 03/05 repairer says wait 15 days for parts; 18/05 call repairer to check which leads to sms notification vehicle booked for repair on 28/05; 28/05 en route delivering car to repairer we get call that there is problem - they had WRONG VIN # & wrong parts! 10/06 WE call A&G speak to consultant A who says consultant B (who deals with Automagic) will call back; 11/06 NO call from consultant so we call speak to consultant C who says B not avail but WILL tell to call; 18/06 STILL no word from either B or C so log complaint on A&G website; 11/07 DEAFENING SILENCE...
