Damaged beyond belief!!

I am HIGHLY DISGUSTED with the service delivery of Speed Services Couriers. On 8 Feb 2013 I sent parts made of aircraft grade aluminium (A STRONG STEEL!!!) to the Phalaborwa Post Office for a client. The client phoned highly upset. The parts were damaged to such a degree - it is actually uncomprehendable as to how such damage could have been caused in transit to such strong steel parts!!! The photos of the damage to the parts is just unbelievable!! To think this is the service delivery we get from a company that is SUPPOSED to be REPUTABLE!!!
