How much longer do I still have wait???

My car had an accident in October and I claimed from my insurance, which is first for women, my claim was approved, and I was told that automagic will be doing the repairs, they foned me in October to say they have received permission to fix my car, and they wanted my permission to order the parts, which I did, it was in October when they told me they have ordered the doors, and. It will take them a week or so before the doors arrives. 2 weeks went by nothing happened, I foned them on the 3rd week they were offline so they could not tell me the status core as far as the doors are concern, the lady who answered the foned took my details and promised to give me a call when they are online, and that NEVER happened, I phoned again after a week, then I was put through to Jaco, I spoke to Jaco a number of times, telling me the same stories that they are still waiting for the doors, and each time I speak to him, he promise to phone me back for feedback, and He NEVER, the only time he would fone, is when I foned his boss, its now almost 3 months, still waiting for my car to be fixed. For how longer do I still have to wait
