Bad service and bridge off contract

I booked a car at Select car an Van a month in advance, Called them twice a week to confirm my boking and to check if everything was still in order.

Booking Ref : 15041 and vehicle reg: CL 13 YJ GP.On the 13th of December went to collect i was told by Inger they had no vehicles and my booking was not confirmed mean while i even went on Wednesday 11 December to confirm again. Had to settle for a small vehicle Toyota Avanza, that made me to hire else where at an additional cost. Mean while i waited for and hour and half just to be sorted and i booked a month in advance to avoid issues like these. To make these worse thelady tthat was on duty was even s rude as if i owe her money and doing me a huge favour. The vehicle was returned on the 16 December before 14h00.

I was debited twice an amount of R3172.00. Could somewone please help
