We purchased two loyalty cards from an outside marketing agency, promoting Mail Lai hairdressers in Randridge Mall. You get 3 visits to the salon at the cost of the original voucher price. My colleague called to make her first appointment and was shoved from pillar to post. Her appointment was moved, changed and eventually cancelled. We then tried to make an appointment for the 13th of December. First call: my colleague was told that the loyalty card cannot be used on a Friday which is incorrect., The terms state clearly that it can be used Monday to Friday and a booking has to be made a week in advance. This call took place more than a week in advance we were well within our guidelines. I called back two minutes later and Stacey made and confirmed an appointment for the 13th of December at 9am for both of us. My colleague called today to confirm our appointments and were told that there is no appointments and Stacey cannot recall the original conversation. No apology offered and no offer on how to solve the problem was made. If this is listening skills when booking an app. we don't want to imagine how they listen when you discuss your haircut can only be a DISASTER!!!
