Purchased new vehicle but its faulty

We purchased our vehicle from Imperial Select in December 2012, and I must say the service was very prompt when purchasing the vehicle. I unfortunately cannot say the same about the after service we are experiencing.

I took our vehicle in for the scratched bumper to be repaired, the smoking problem to be checked and the air pressure warning sign to be cleared and sorted on the 04th February 2013. Our vehicle is still with Imperial Select after 24 days, we have been so inconvenienced by not having a vehicle. The sales man only informs me once I make contact otherwise zilch. My husband now wants them to keep this vehicle and cancel the entire deal with them.

The also promised a reimbursement as the vehicle we traded in last instalment went off our account, I don't get a clear answer as to when the reimbursement will be made.

I feel that as clients who traded a well looked after vehicle, the fact that the Head of this car needed to be replaced should have been picked up before the vehicle was put on the market, another concern is the fact that the vehicle had no oil in when we purchased it.

Really disappointed
