Did not arrive to collect me when I had booked

On 3 December 2013 I booked a cabs for women cab to collect me from Illovo at 22:30. I confirmed the booking several times by phone during the day and was told the booking was confirmed. I again tried calling the call centre from 21:00 to confirm the collection at 22:30. The call centre was engaged from 21:00 to 22:30. The cab failed to arrive and I was left stranded in Illovo at 22:30. I had to find another way home. Cabs for Women advertises the company as a safe way to get home. It is definitely not and I urge people to avoid using them if you wish to be safe. my booking confirmation number wasC039/031213.
