Ford does not respond to complaints

I had a complaint about Ford Umhlanga, and copied Ford SA on the email, and also logged it on the Ford SA website, no response whatsoever. This looks like they are condoning the bad service being provided by their dealerships.
This dealership replaced the engine in my car (my car had overheated and they failed to find out how), then didn't regas the car, but told me that they did regas it. When I went back to query, when the aircon was not working, the service manager told me that there could be a leak, yet I was advised that the car was thoroughly tested.
Whose is left to be trusted here?
