Poor service

I usually service my vehicle at this dealership, I called last week and made a booking with a black lady, she even updated my details of my new vehile.she booked it with AD with KIrtans team, booking was for tomorrow Wednesday, so I phoned in to confirm the booking, had to hold on about 10min for the service dept.got thru a white lady, who confirmed there is no service booked, however she will get someone to check and call me back, it is now after. 5pm, nothing happend!!! Flagship dealership which I praise a lot, recccomond and pass a lot of credit too for service of this levels
