Husband bought a a part for my car. However, he found it to be the incorrect one and requested for a refund. He returned item on 19July 2013 to Ryan. Ryan promised to send request to his senior Mr Ravi. On 30 July, I called Mr Ravi who promised to investigate and call me back. However, he did not. After still no refund, we called on 23 August 2013. The excuse this time was that they were going onto a new system hence the delay. Once again a promise was made to call us back, however, no call has been received. Today is the 17 September. We are disgusted with the poor customer service that we have received. It may seem a small sum of money, however that is totally irrelevant.
