INCOMPETENT STAFF AND INCORRECT REFUND

Wow! I requested to return a Proline tablet on the 12th December 2013 as my husband had already purchased one for himself. I promptly sent the item (unopened in it's original packaging) on the 20th December 2013. I received no response from Kalahari confirming they had received the item (as per their refund policy) and I was forced to phone to confirm receipt. I have, in January 2014, phoned FOUR times already to find out where my refund is, only to be told everything from "it is being processed" to "I don't know why there is a delay". I was then assured during my third phone call that my refund had been "escalated" and the team leader had personally ensured the refund would be made directly into my credit card, which I am now paying interest on. Surprise surprise when I discover Kalahari have refunded the money into my Kalahari account and NOT my credit card as promised! I am currently waiting for someone to call me back as the team leader only gets in at midday (!). Unbelievably bad service. I am so devastated by the poor service and complete lack of regard for customers.
