This woman was appopinted by my insurance company to verify my claim. my insurance company will not settle my claim because they want the results of a blood test that can take up to 9 months to get and i must still pay for a car that was written-off. first of all i DO NOT DRINK and i gave this woman as much information as i could to prove that and she did not look into anything that would prove i was sober at the time of the accident! she did not even phone the police officer that is investigating the case who would have told her that the blood tests will not even be able to be used against me because they were not taken within the 2 hours stipulated by law! so i would like to know what gives the insurance company the right to hold the blood test against me if no court in the land can? this woman was suppose to investigate my case but done nothing and had me running around getting all the information for her. she even told my insurance company that she was waiting on information from the police investigating office when she did not even try get hold of him. she put in a report against me without using any of the information i gave that wouild prove my innocence! nothing but a
