Incorrect item received, delay in Refund

I purchased a Cocoon Gillet online on the 28th of August 2013 and received it in less than 5 days. But when I received my order the picture that I saw online looked nothing like the item I had actually received so I requested that the item be sent back. The Courier service came and collected the parcel and I filled in the necessary return form online. To date I have not received my refund. I have emails that I have sent to the Customer Service and they say the refund has been processed and I was meant to receive the money on Friday the 13th of September but I haven't. I've had to use my own resources to call and email the Customer Service at Spree and have not been helped accordingly. This makes me very angry because I believe I have been as patient as I could be considering the time wasted on their part. When I paid for my item it was quick and efficient but they can't show me the same decency when I want my money back as I wasn't happy with the item sent to me. I will no longer be using this service as I feel they are not professional enough and they totally wasted my time and money trying to get what's rightfully mine.
