Gallo/Morning Side Postnet made my day!

On 17 September 2013, I contacted the Postnet at Gallo in JHB to enquire about their office hours, as I urgently needed a family member to purchase a scarce product from another store at Morning Glen/Gallo and overnight mailing it to me.

After explaining my predicament to the branch manager, he indicated that he would go and purchase the product for me (I transferred the money EFT) and then contact me to confirm the size and thus the price of mailing it to Vanderbijlpark (I again transferred the money EFT).

I received my package in tact the next morning just after 12.

AMAZING SERVICE and really going the extra mile. I am truly thankful for their help.
