ADT -UNPROFFESSIONAL AND TOTALLY INCOMPETENT

A contract was signed with ADT in August and the full payment was made on the 26th August 2013.
For weeks later no Technician came out to install the security system. We then decided to cancel the contract. I called the call centre and was informed that I needed to sent an email stating the cancellation, which was done on the 4th September 2013, and was told it would take 7 working days to get my money refunded.
After waiting for almost 3 weeks for the refund I called ADT call centre again. This time I was told to send the email again, with proof of payment and the money will be deposit within 7 working days. I did this on the 26th September 2013.
I have called ADT on numerous occasions after this and have been sent from pillar to post, the Credit controller Tshepo Ramasala has been the most unprofessional person I have ever come across. He has never returned my phone calls. He has given me incorrect information, about his supervisor name. To this day I have still not received my money from ADT and Tshepo avoids my phone calls like the plaque.
I am totally disgusted with the way ADT runs its "business". They are sitting with money that does not belong to them... NO SUPERVIO
