Cancelled Contract still no CONFIRMATION OF REFUND

I have sent through my first e-mail on 25 June 2013 @ 09h05 to request a refund and the cancellation of Mr Basson's ADT Contract (BAS00066) because of poor service delivery. After this initial e-mail I have send many follow up e-mails to sort out the refund issue. Herewith a list of the dates on which we have send the follow up e-mails; 04 July 2013 @ 04h07, 04 July 2013 @ 04:24, 8 July 2013 @ 04:12; 1 Aug 2013 @12.43; 8 Aug 2013 @ 11:58, 12 Aug 2013 @ 08:39 and 23 Aug 2013 @ 03:53. After all our telephone calls to the call centre and holding on for 15 minutes to speak to a consultant and the many e-mails, we still did not receive a confirmation e-mail that our money was paid back to us as requested on 25 June 2013. We have received e-mails back from Sharonese Pillay (Customer Services Agent), [Email Removed] on 01 Aug 2013 @ 08:44 stating that she did send the cancelation and refund request to the ADT Accounts Department and that she will let us know as soon as the refund was done. Up to date we have not received the refund back, it has been 2 months since our first request and this is really getting ridicules.
