I returned 2 items to Homechoice within 14days approval, 1st item-Ashleen bedcover set 5pce=returned item coz i wasnt happy with it. 2nd item-Astrid bedcover set 5 pce= returned cos they incorrectly advertised product.
I sent both items back on 29 July 2013 with Insured postage. On the 7th August both items were recieved by Homechoice. I have sent 6 emails to request my full refund for both postage costs. I have sent all the receipts of postage n my account details numerous times. I called the call centre on 10 August, NOW they say they will only refund the Ashleen. What about my postage? Refund that too. 2nd thing, they now say they only received a 3pce Astrid??? When i got that order it was sent as a 3pce bedcover in one plastic 2pce conti pillow cases in another plastic, thus=5pce in total. I returned the 3pce 2pce in the same box just as I had found it> I even noted it on the returns receipt. How dare they accuse me of not returning the 2 pillow cases!! What must I do with those UGLY UNWANTED pillowcases! The fault is with them, Homechoice should find the box, perhaps it is still in there. TO BE CONTINUED
