Poor Customer Service and Bad Mannerism of Staff

Asked for a collection to be made from Jhb and delivered in Witbank by today. Parcel was collected and no one knows where the parcel is. Empty promises to call me back is the order of the day. I am still waiting to see if indeed they will trace and deliver this parcel on time. I have ran out of patience!
