Shoddy service and no delivery

On Wednesday I call RAM to request a parcel collection on Thursday, for delivery to Cape Town on Friday. I'm issue with a RC number with the date 16th Jan, proof of my call. At 4pm on Thursday no collection has been made, I phone in and am promised that the parcel will be collected.

It was not collected on Thursday.

This morning (Friday morning, the day the parcel is DUE IN CAPE TOWN), I call, speak to Lulu who promises me the parcel will be collected and will be delivered on using same day service - so I expect the parcel to arrive sometime today (Friday). To date, at 5:30pm on Friday, the parcel has not been delivered, the last tracking update on the website notes that at 10:22am the parcel was dispatched "by air to Cape Town".

Now I have a disappointed client who is missing a birthday present for his wife
