My Parcel Is Lost

Hi

I placed a collection online like I always do, for a collection from PE with delivery to me in Newcastle.

The parcel was collected but the guy they collected from did not have my address on hand.

The collector said it is fine because he will take the address from the system.

This was on Friday the 20th of September.

After numerous phone calls they now tell me that parcel is lost.

This is unacceptable.

Please sort it out.
