Package not delivered to my address (TC176622855ZA)

Hi

A parcel was couriered to me from PE on the 20th of March and I choose speed services because they promise to deliver your parcel within a day or two. Obviously this is not the case as I am still waiting for my parcel. On the 25th I called to trace my parcel and was told that it was delivered to some address that is not mine with little help or corporation I was told that they need to get the driver who delivered it and see the address where it was delivered. Again I since awaited response and only on the 3rd of April when I again called was still told the same thing. How difficult is it for a company to trace one of it's employees. I need my parcel very urgently and I'm still not getting any straight answers I also requested to speak to their supervisor Thuso and i was put on hold for 15 to 20Min and then after calling back was told he will call me back. This is not the service this company advertise and I would advise people not to use them I am also taking this to other avenues that might dispose them as the they are.
