PATHETIC SERVICE

I contacted Bex on 28.11.2013 to deliver a parcel on 29.11.2013 from JHB to Witbank. They quoted an amount of R285 to be paid before parcel can be collected. I paid and the parcel was collected on 29.11.2013 for overnight delivery. To date being - 09.12.2013 my parcel has still not been delivered and sitting some shop floor for no reason whatsoever!!! I was promised on 05/12/2013 that same would be delivered that day and still nothing, no phone calls, no apologies...

ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC THAT A COMPANY CAN BE SO UNPROFESSIONAL. I USED THIS COURIER COMPANY FOR MU BUSINESS, AFTER TODAY YOU WILL NEVER GET ANY WORK FROM ME OR MY COMPANY!!!
