A request was made for a JHB collection on Thursday 24th Oct 2013 to the Witbank Timefreight Branch. Witbank confirmed that the collection was given through to JHB Timefreight to collect via Email to me. On Friday 25th Oct 2013 no delivery was made to me and upon enquiry we realised that JHB never collected my parcel as they were instructed to do on the 24th Oct 2013. This exact same thing happend 2 weeks ago when JHB were instructed to collect a parcel for me in JHB but failed to collect. I wish to complement the Witbank Branch for their quick response and action in owning a mistake that was not made from their side. They actually send their own driver to JHB to collect my "un-collected" parcel and had it delivered to me on Friday 25th Oct 2013. Well-done girls, I really appreciate your good work!!
