Bad Service, Bad Response, Terrible Delivery

I ordered a parcel on the the 30th September. I was informed that my parcel was to arrive 4-5 working days later.. Expecting it to arrive latest the 7th October. Today is the 22 nd and after numerous emails, i still have not received my PAID parcel. RESPONSE:4 OCT - We have checked our system and can see that you parcel is currently on its way to you.10 OCT - Due to the overwhelming response there has been delays in the delivery of the Scentsational boxes. When my colleague responded earlier, the order was in the process of being packed and sent out. The order has now been completed and I will be able to check tomorrow on the whereabouts of the parcel. 15 OCT - We took up the matter with the Courier Company and have been waiting on them to get back to us regarding the whereabouts of the parcel. It shows as complete on our side when the parcel has been collected by the Courier Company. Our Logistics Department has been in contact with them again today to try and trace it. 20 OCT - I am really sorry for the delay with your delivery but we had a stock shortage and sent the parcels late. 21 OCT - Can I call you? Please give me a convenient time and the number. I AM STILL WAITING!!!
