Poor after sales service

I traded in my car and took possession of the car I purchased with very little problems - I was excited as the sales service was really good.

There were however a few outstanding items on the car I purchased where the sales manager advised they would be sorted within a week or two, definitely within the 30 day post sale period.

Well those 30 days have now come and gone, there have been numerous emails and calls from my side to the sales manager and even the company manager to no avail.

The feedback I have given in writing is as follows.
A word of advice from a client's perspective - listen to us and tell us the reality rather than making empty promises - if you haven't ordered a part or your past experience tells you it will take a month to be delivered, rather tell the client that - I would much rather you had given me the reality up front than putting me through the last month of me having to call you and you not returning my calls or keeping me in the loop.
