I opened a HomeChoice account about 2 months ago. I placed an order with a consultant and asked for the parcel to be delivered to Kokstad which the consultant assured me was fine. Two weeks later the parcel was delivered to my home in Cape Town. I then contacted HomeChoice and the parcel was collected to be sent to the correct address. The consultant CONFIRMED the delivery address with me and a week later I was contacted and again I confirmed the address with the consultant. Another week later, the parcel was delivered to my home. I then took the parcel back and cancelled the order, the lady at the desk did not even ask me why. Thinking that I should probably give HomeChoice another chance, I placed an order online, taking care to enter the delivery address correctly - I even went back a few days later and double checked. Last week the parcel was delivered to my home AGAIN. I contacted HomeChoice and the consultant assured me that the parcel would be collected and delivered to the correct address. The parcel was collected over the weekend and today the parcel has shown up at my door AGAIN. I am livid. This is the fourth and final time. I'm through with dealing with HomeChoice.
