Gone back for same problem twice, still not fixed

My Dad has a noise in his car, he has taken his car back to Hyundai twice to get it fixed and twice now they haven't fixed the car (apparently they don't even test drive the car to see if it's fixed because if they had they would have heard the noise). My Dad keeps calling Alvin (the person he dealt with) who doesn't take his call, he leaves a message and no one ever gets back to him. Yesterday he asked to speak to the manager, the manager said he was in a meeting and could he please call him back and he hasn't! That's the so called manager! So quick to take your money, then it's all yes sir no sir but once the deal is signed then the service disappears along with your money!
