Hyundai Veloster fixed window needs second repai

I bought my Hyundai Veloster in June 2013. From about Mid August / Beginning of September I have had problems with my one window. The window behind the driver is a fixed window - moulded into the body to not be able to open at all. BUT as it is, it kinda "popped" loose. So there was a wind noise that came through and leaked when it rained. I took it to Bokburg to get fixed and it was fine for 2 weeks and then again came loose and with the rain of the past few weeks it has been leaking alot. The wind noise when driving is bad. So I took it in again and now have to AGAIN wait for the part or whatever to get here to just have it fixed again. Apparently I have been the only one with this issue.

What should I do if this now happens again? Surely this should not be happening.
