Servicing of my vehicle

In beginning of November i took my car to get a 45000 km service even though my car was sitting on about 49000 km. I asked them if they can please check the exhaust, because it was making a bad noise. They said "not a problem the car will be up so it will be easier to check while they are servicing my car". When they phoned us to pick up my car, they explained to me how they had to change the brakes and put new ones on, when we arrived they gave me a run down of what they did to my car, when i asked about the exhaust they said that nothing is wrong they didn't find any leaks, so they don't know why it's making a noise. Not even a week later and my brakes started to bind so bad that my car would just wanna stop by it self without me even putting my foot anywhere near the brakes, I phoned them took my car back got it repaired, they said the reason for the binding was because of the brake dust some how was pulling the pin out, which i don't believe, even my fiance doesn't believe that, not only that, when my fiance wanted to do a oil and water check, he saw that they didn't even open up my car inside to do a service because the screws are still tight on and rusted tight close.
