Ripped of on Car repairs

I had taken my car to the supplier for repairs of a head gasket, he informed me that he will look at everything on the car and tell me the cost. I informed the guy, Brandon, that I want the job to be well done and all brand new parts shouls be used. I paid over R 9000 for the service and within a week the car was leaking oil, and started heating by a week later. I work and live in the Limpopo Province, so whilst I was on my way to the Mechanic, the car started overheating again. I pulled over and had it towed to the mechanic in question. he said that it was now the fan that was not working.

And a few fone calls later I got him on the phone, this was in december, I informed him upon towing that he needs to make the car in 100% working order as it was going to durban to be used by my sister. Upon pick up, the car was not in good appearance. when in durban, we had a mechanic look at it, as it seized and refused to move. it was discovered that all the parts were still the old parts and nothing new was added, the entire head cost over R8000 had to be done, someone had cut my starter wire of my car and much more. till now there is no proof of the repairs I paid for by brandon.
