I have had a noise on my car & a demonic radio since I bought it (Dec 2012). The noise has only gotten worse. 9 months later and nobody can find the noise problem. My car has been to Hyundai Strijdompark approximately 6 times in the past 3 months and all they have managed to do is get the radio fixed, finally after a 5 week wait... But now my heater doesn't work, ssssooooo I must go back AGAIN. I had to wait 4 weeks for my front shocks to arrive, that was supposed to be a warrantee claim, ONLY for me to take the car in to find out that the front shocks are just fine and didn't need replacing? But this has NOT resolved the noise that everyone can hear but can't find. And every time I go back, I have to lose pay at work for losing time, or mission to get someone to help me fetch my daughter from school. Not easy when you're a single parent. And I get told they don't have any courtesy vehicles to help me with so they can just take my car and get it fixed for once and for all. What a lie. We all know the courtesy vehicles do exists. I am not happy. AT ALL. I just want to be in a position where I can enjoy my car for the and be happy with the customer service a person gets.
