Fault on Fiesta still not fixed after 2nd time

There is a problem with my car's back wheel, it makes a noise that sounds like the brake pads chafing.
I took it to Park Auto on 22 Feb 13. I told them I needed the car back before 14:00, and I did not get any feedback regarding the progress, I had to phone them at 12:30 to find out if they have started with my car yet.
They told me it is just being washed and they will let me know as soon as it is finished. Had to phone them at 14:30 again to find out why I haven't heard from them. The reason they gave me is that when the car came out of the wash there was still a bit of a noise and it was back in the workshop. After so many calls I eventually got my car back at 16:30 that afternoon. The wheel was fine until the Sunday when the noise started again though it was very faint. I phoned them 1st thing the next morning but was only able to help me on 27 Feb. I asked them for a loan car and to say the least I had to keep calling them back to find out if they will be able to give me one, and only got confirmation when I was on my way there. Got the car back and all was ok. This morning noise is back, now they tell me to bring the car back so they can listen themselves!!! Why not fixed 1st time
