Endless problems at Hyundai Centurion

My car went in about a year ago for a problem; a noise on steering wheel. Hyundai Centurion told me that nothing is wrong and that I am imagining a problem that doesn't exist. My car went in for a service in July they didn't inform me of the knocking noise at the wheel and didn't fix the problem even though the car is still under warranty. Three weeks later my car went in again for the same problem identified a year earlier and had to stay at Hyundai for 2 days since they didn't have the part. The problem was still not fixed as the car went in again on Saturday; the same problem started again the day after I received the car back for the 5th time. Each time my car goes in they put? 100km or more on my car. The workshop foreman informed my mother that he took the car (without my consent) to his home and drove the car back the next day.

It doesn't help to send a complaint to Hyundai SA's customer service as they don't even respond. The feedback we received from management - they are aware of the problem with their personnel but it would take time to sort everything out. It seems to me there are always endless problems at Hyundai Centurion and I need this to be resolved now.
