2nd COMPLAINT to Hyundai - Dont EVERY buy Hyundai!

2 weeks ago, I took my Hyundai i20 2012 to the Midrand dealer as the passanger's side sun vice is broken (which is a common problem apparently). We, the clients had to wait an hour for the driver to fetch and drop us at our offices.By 3pm I had not received a call from the branch, so on my expense had to make the call and was told that they will need to replace the sun vice as the car is still under warranty. It has been two weeks and STILL no part. I spoke to Angie on Tuesday, 5th of March and she said the part should be here either on the 6th or the 7th and they will let me know when I can bring the car. Today, the 8th, I called the branch to follow up as I did not hear anything back. According to Angie, the part has not arrived and she has no idea when it will arrive. When I asked why no one informed me of this, she said that she could not let me know as she had to call 30 clients and have to share a phone. The last time I checked, I am also a client, eventhough I only drive an i20. I will never ever buy another Hyundai in my life again. And will tell whoever I can, how none existant their service is. Previous noise on the car, also still not fixed. I have now given up!
