Bad & No Care Attitude after sale was done

One of Marks snoty e-mails, "it is not a new car however we told you the car was a consignment car, we bought the car as you wanted this car, we asked you to fly up and view the car and said no, we are repairing the bumper and loose pipe, we have done all we can and to fix the problem on the bumper and this takes time as the panel beater has loads of cars to fix not just your z4 so please we are trying our best here and cannot turn a used car into a new car many thanks"
My response, " You have been very rude to me on many occasions and to my insurance company. Even the lady at Santam complained About you. My debit order will go out at the 1 July you are not the one paying for it besides I will be paying for a car which I only drove for less than 500km. No one is asking to make this a new car. Attend to the problems that should have been picked up and sorted out before it was dispatched to me. How was your quality check done when this car came with a K&N air filter which is not approved by BMW. If you want I will kindly pay the R6000 and you can take the vehicle back cos this is not Joy from a BMW but rather pain.
Will never buy from any SMG dealer again. Dean
