My car's bumper loose after service!

On wednesday 20 March i took my Opel Corsa Lite for a service at th Sandton branch of car service city. I picked my car up in the evening and drove home. When I drove over n speed hump on my way home i heard an awfull noise comming from the front of my vehicle. I inspected the car when i arrived home and noticed that the front bumper was loose and scraping against my front wheel!!! i phoned car service city on and notified them of the problem. They told me to bring my car in on the monday for them to fix the problem. I had a friend tie the bumper to the car with cable ties so that i am able to drive my car during the weekend. While trying to fix the bumper, a screwdriver fell out of the engine that i suppose belongs to car service city!! I took my car to the sandton branch today. I received it back this afternoon and NOTHING was done to it, they said that they do not know whats wrong and that the bumper seems fine!!! This is the most appaling service i have ever received! I will not encourage anyone to take tehir car to this establishment ever!! I will not stop until this is fixed!!
