I wonder why you punish me like this!

I'm feeling so hopeless about this insurance now! I'm going to 3rd months now they keep telling me, We Are Still Awaiting Delivery Of Bumper
Sectri Greetings. Now I'm think if I didn't claim I took my car to the panel beater by myself It would be finish now because by the panel beater they said within a week they can get this bumper its just that insurance didn't give them authority to order parts for my car. Access was too high but I paid at the end they punish me.
