Claim not paid and poor assessor service

My business vehicle was repaired in January. To date the claim has not been paid. From the start the service was shocking. The assessor took 2 weeks to assess the damages. Once that was done the vehicle was repaired. Although the panel beater selected was my own choice and therefore I take responsibility for the quality of the repairs, an assessor was again sent out and this time to check the quality of repairs. WHY? He then advised the panel beater to collect the vehicle because in his estimation the repairs were not of a good quality. This assessor then told the panel beater that I had complained about the quality. The assessor has twisted my words, I am the client and he should thus have my interest at heart. The panel beater now refuses to release my vehicle until payment is made. When I called Santam I was told that its my own fault for selecting the panel beater and now I must wait for payment. I have a valid claim, therefore I expect payment immediately. I am now losing business because of the shocking service of Santam and the assessor. Please pay the amount agreed into my account immediately.
