Santam Assesor - Repairs?

Santam insurance said I must take my Mazda to Rubicon Auto body Repairs in Krugersdorp.
after having and 'repairing' a minor bump at the back of the car, for 12 days when the quote said 8 days...
apparently the Santam Assessor was happy with the repair work. I am not!! They quoted my insurance of replacing the bumper, yet there is still a small part of the original dent visible. and to make me 'happy' after complaining about the alignment of the 'new' bumper, they actually cut a piece of my exhaust pipe off and did a welding job!!!
Nothing against the insurance company, just the assessor who said that all of this was great and good job done!
Tommorow taking the car back and then they have 1 day to fix it!!
