Inferior workmanship by approved panel beate

Hi kindly read below problems experienced at a Forbes approved panel beat, your urgent assistance is required

Kindly note that i am very disappointed with the poor workmanship on my Golf 6 GTI, the following are issues that need to be resolved:
-rear bumper still not aligned properly
-front bumper does not sit flash on fender
- right hand fog has a large number of deep scratches (was not present before the vehicle was handed over)
- front windscreen has deep swirl scratches (was not present before the vehicle was handed in)
- paintwork has swirl scratches (was not present before the vehicle was handed in)
- plastic mending on bumper is of inferior quality and looks very unprofessional as i was assured this would not be a problem "looks like if it was done in a chop shop"
-rear bumper has orange peel effect from previous repair.

This is definitely not the quality workmanship i expected from Durban Central Panel beaters.
Please address the above issues urgently.
