Centurion Panelbeaters
Not happy with Repairs and Santam

My vehicle had to go for repairs. I got quotes from panel beaters form previous companies who repaired the vehicle. Santam said no the vehicle must go to Centurion Panelbeaters. Centurion panelbeaters charged for a new bumper. I have got reasons to believe that they only repaired the old one. I asked Centurion panelbeaters about this, and I only got short answers. I asked if I can come and have look at my old bumper and got ignored. I then approched Santam and they got in contact with Centurion panelbeaters and the panelbeaters said that I must bring the car back. I informed Santam that I can not get off from work again and they must please send someone to come and have look. I got ignored. I queried again and Francois asked for photos and then again nothing happened. Again I queried and Francois said they will discuss it and get back to me. AGAIN I had to query after a few days and Francois said they will contact the panelbeaters and ask for the invoice. Now, I am not happy with the feedback and complaint proccess from the panelbeaters and Santam!!! If this matter is not resolved within this week and I have got solid proof that it is a new bumper I will follow the next logical step
