Not getting what you pay fo

Last night, at around 19h30, I ordered 4 large pizza's online. At 19h41, I got an sms to say they have received the order. I phoned the store to make sure that I qualify to get the Beg 4 Mores. The lady assured me that I do and 16 Beg 4 Mores will be sent with (I wasn't sure if it was supposed to be 8 or 16). After almost 50 min, the pizza's got here, the dots were black (cold) and on checking the boxes in front of the delivery guy, there were no Beg 4 Mores in any box. He said to phone the store. On taking the pizzas out, the toppings were lame, I have ordered from them before and the toppings were awesome and this time it was almost half of what it was previously. I phoned the store and told them that there were no beg 4 mores in any of the boxes. She said she will speak to the manager and phone me back. When she phoned back, she said that I didn't get it because I ordered online!!! I said I did phone to confirm this otherwise I would have changed the pizza order which is what I told the first lady after I ordered. She said the manager would phone me back, and I am still waiting. Ridiculous! I did pay for the pizzas even though I should have gotten it for free and gave him R30 tip!
