Very Disappointing Client Service

On the 30th of October we ordered a bunch of pizza's from this store. When it arrived, we were very dissapointed with the quality of them. The 2 Real Deal Chicken Triple Deckers barely had any toppings on and my Large Pizza Half/Half also had very little toppings and way to much sauce on it. And on top of that, the little topping there was, was stuck to the top of the box.
I complaint about this on Twitter and then got a call from the store owner, who, as normally, just totally apologised and offered us 2 free large pizzas to make up for the bad quality we received as he knows our office are very regular customers of his. He said I can call whenever I want it and he will deliver.

Last week I phoned to place that order, and the store manager had no idea about this so he contacted the owner. I then got a call from the manager saying that the store owner says they can only send us 1 Real Deal pizza. PLEASE justify how an terrible order of R180.00 is made up with a R30 Real Deal?

This is not about the free pizza, its about bad quality food that's covered up by extreme apologies and empty promises. Seems like we will have to find another supplier for our weekly pizza!
