A week later and still waiting for the manager to

On Friday evening (31st May) i ordered their new special x2 at 6h14, the food arrived almost 2 hours later, ice cold and no free beg 4 mores, i called the manager and he said he would have them delivered to us right away.. again we waited .. at almost 10 pm the driver arrived with the wrong order AGAIN.. he then returned with ice cold beg 4 mores.. i phoned on Monday to complain and i am still awaiting the Manager to return my call... What a waist of R300 on Pizza... surely you want to keep your clients happy? Been buying there so often.. but so wont be returning.
