Debonairs Bluewater Bay - Worst service eve

I have now just reached my limit with Debonairs in Bluewater Bay. We have, on several occassions, ordered pizzas and received the wrong orders (wrong toppings). Several times, due to us being hungry and that it is just such an effort to return the pizzas, we let it go. The last few times, it was just really bad. We ordered a pizza online, like we do most of the time. After a hour and a half, we phoned Debonairs and the woman said that they are busy closing up and that the online orders did not print through to the kitchen. She was not very apologetic either and was quite abrupt. The Manager of the store, contacted me the following day and apologized. We received two pizzas (which we originally ordered) for free. We ordered again on another occassion, where I thought I should phone to be safe. The female on the line had no clue about phone etiquette or manners. It started off where I had to repeat my cell no SIX times. We moved to address and right there, I couldnt take it and put phone down. We ordered again and the wrong orders were sent. My husband returned it, whereafter they sent right pizzas but it was burnt. No more Debonairs for us in future! Bad service!
