Bad Service and Attitude

I ordered Two Hot wings meal 8 that comes with Drinks and as i was about to eat i was approached by the security guy asking us not to eat chips that i came with from FishnChips when i asked why the security guys accused me of coming with cold-drinks that were not bought from Chicken Licken and never told me why i cannot eat my chips from the other Fast food shop instead he told me if i eat the chips i will be removed from the shop and my food will be treated as a Take-away then i immediately asked for a refund and to speak to the manager No one wanted to make me understand they all looked at me as if i asked for the food and not paying for it, then a lady by the Name of Caroline Mashabane spoke to me i explained what happened and told her i am not Happy and i asked if my R80 I'm buying with is not important and if I'm not let to eat my chips then i am going to lay a formal compliant she said to me "WELL GO AHEAD I KNOW I AM RIGHT" so she is not threatened,
What i wanted is to get an explanation why i can't eat my food from FishnChips with my Chicken Licken meal, I want the security guys to be given a warning for accusing paying customer wrongly and a formal apology from the store
